Established in 1998, the school is a NPM kindergarten sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen that provides quality early childhood education for children in Tseung Kwan O District. Faithful to Sik Sik Yuen's student-oriented school policy, the school has a child-based curriculum that is designed in accordance with the curriculum guidelines of the Education Bureau and is in line with the development and learning characteristics of young children, providing life-oriented learning themes, diversified activities, and outdoor learning to stimulate children’s active learning, thinking, exploration, verification, and problem-solving abilities and help children build knowledge from their interactions, enrich their life experience, and develop their language ability.
